August 12-14th marks one of the Austin Aqua Festival's most exciting events. The 250 mile endured and southwest Drag Boat Championships. Specially designed racing boats capable of speeds to 100 miles per hours will compete for the Glastron trophy and cash prizes. Two racing boats speed on the water with the banks of the river in the background.
