Exterior view of Texas Governor's Mansion from the east, showing the Campbell family standing on the front walk. Governor Campbell served 1907-1911. The Greek Revival style mansion, located at 1010 Colorado Street, was built by Abner Cook in 1855 and has been continuously occupied since 1856. It was designated a Texas historic landmark in 1962 and national historic landmark in 1970.
