Several people looking at the flood waters at an intersection. There is a grocery store in the background with "Drink Coca Cola" painted on it. On the back it reads "Shoal Creek got so high that it ran over sixth street."

A view down 6th Street from the intersection of Congress Avenue. You can see businesses including Morley Drug Co. along the south side of 6th Street. The photo was taken during the flood of September 1915.
